DESCRIPTION:Ahoy all\, Sat 14th and Sun 15th April – Key change for new Tractor \nKey Change for Alice our new tractor is this weekend. The following process is to take place:\nExisting keys need to be handed in – mandatory\nProx/Swipe card issued to be verified on database – mandatory.\nNEW KEY  issued.\nTractor familiarisation completed under BBBC responsibilities for health and safety.\nTime slots are:\n14th April Saturday: 10am – 12noon and           3pm to 5pm\n15th April Sunday:   10am – 12noon and           3pm to 5pm \n17th April Tuesday:    5.30pm to 7.30pm \nAfter the weekend you can text me (Colin 021650638) re arranging a time. But I would appreciate an effort to sort it out over the weekend or on Tuesday. \nFrom Friday 20th April all prox/swipe cards that have been issued to club members that have not been verified as part of the above KEY Change process will be deactivated until the Key swap process is completed. Again we have responsibilities around new tractor familiarisation because we are covered by the Land Transport Act and using public spaces so we must be a bit hard arsed about this – sorry. \nThe New Key for Alice and C Mantis will be valid for all financial users through until 30/9/2019. \nSo that in October this year all you will need to do is pay your subs to carry on using the tractors – seems like a plan. \nSee you all there. \nRegards \nCommittee\nPS: Txt me if a problem: Colin Chisholm – 021 650638 \n
